"Load Custom Button" renders a fully custom merchant button that opens
the deposit modal — the vanilla equivalent of passing
children to <MoonpayCommerceDeposit>.
It calls
moonpayCommerceDeposit(mount, { ...config, display: 'modal',
openSignal }), bumping openSignal on each click so the modal re-opens
every time.
